Practising Attorney and Conveyancer
He is a Practising Attorney and Conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa, having been admitted as such in 2008. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg in 2005. He completed his articles of clerkship from the law firm Norton Rose (formerly known as Deneys Reitz Attorneys) in 2008. He thereafter was appointed as an Associate Director at the law firm Silinda-Moekoena and Associates in Nelspruit, where he headed their Conveyancing and Estates Department for three years. Mr Ngubane has extensive experience in property law and litigation.
He has also worked on a number of land claims and labour tenants matters on instructions from the Rural development and Land Affairs Department. He currently sits as a Mediation Panellist for the Department of Rural Development and Land Affairs. In this capacity, he has in mediation processes between indigent farm dwellers and farm owners in and around KwaZulu-Natal Province. Our Mr. Ngubane has also advised a number of Municipalities on various issues, ranging from contract disputes, conveyancing to labour matters.
